U.S. Orders
All domestic orders are shipped with UPS unless shipped
to a P.O. Box and then we ship US Priority Mail.
Canada and Overseas
We ship US Global Priority Mail or US Airmail.
Customs, Taxes and Import
Duties.
Purple Passion is not liable for any duties, taxes or
customs fees that may be due.
When the order reaches your country, you may be liable
for any VAT's, duties, taxes and or fees.
Returned / Confiscated
Orders
We are not responsible for any items that are seized
and or confiscated by customs.
If an order is returned to us by customs, you will be
liable for the shipping plus a 15% re-stocking fee.
If an order is returned to us as unclaimed or refused,
the charge card will be charged for the shipping.
